200gr. greek strained Yoghurt
1 cup flour
20gr. Baking powder
1 green horn pepper
200gr. Ham cut in small cubes
250gr. Feta cheese cut in small pieces
200gr. Grated cheese
Preheat oven to 160oC (320 °F)
Put the 100gr. butter in a glass cookware or in a 12-muffinform and put it in the oven to melt
In the meantime put the eggs in a big bowl and beat them well.
Then add the yoghurt and mix well with a whisk
Go on and add the flour and the baking powder
In the end put the ham, the pepper and the cheese and mix with a fork
Put the mixture in the glass cookware with the melted butter and move it carefully around so that some of the butter comes on the surface. You can do the same if you use a Muffinform.
Bake in the preheated oven (150o-160oC) for 20 minutes.
As already mentioned you can bake the pie in a glass cookware and cut it into pieces or in a muffinform. The portion is exactly for a 12-muffinform
