5 easy steps for the perfect Night-time Routine
Most of us enjoy doing our make-up and spending half an hour or even more for just perfecting our eyeline. However, we don’t show the same enthusiasm when it’s time for our night-time routine. Especially after a very long and tiring day, it’s easy to find excuses and neglect the makeup removal. But, it is actually at this exact time of the day that our skin needs a very special treatment, so that we make sure that it is clean from all the pollutants and ready to absorb all the nutrients that we offer it during the night. We have prepared an easy to follow skincare night-time routine, with tips and tricks that make it work even for the lazy ones.
Make-up Removal
The first and most important step is to remove your makeup before you go to bed. Otherwise even the most expensive night cream will not be effective. Makeup should not stay on your face overnight, because it prevents the renewal of skin cells. It destroys collagen and can result in wrinkles and acne.
There are different products you can use to remove your make up. You can choose between Micellar Cleansing water like the one from Bioderma, Cleansing Milks or even butters. Choose a special product to demake-up your eyes, like the Estee Lauder gentle eye Make-up Remover.

For those nights, that you are too tired, use cleansing cloths. Place them next to your bed and you’ll never have an excuse again for not removing your make-up
If you feel that some times you need a deeper face cleansing, go for the Caudalie Instant Foaming Cleanser, which offers a gentle, but deep cleansing.
Toner
After cleaning your face, apply a toner. A toner is essential, because it restores the skin pH, it hydrates and better prepares the skin for the moisturizer.

Serum
In order to increase the results of your night-time routine, don’t neglect to use a serum. Choose one with a focus on regeneration which can help the skin to repair itself overnight. One of our favorite night Serums is the one from Estée Lauder
Night Cream & Eye cream
Finish your night-time routine by moisturising your eyes, face and Dekolleté. Your eyes are the first to show signs of aging with wrinkles and soft lines. So, don’t forget to moisturize the under eye area.

Lip mask
In case you have some extra time add some lip mask on your lips, so that you wake up with lips ready to kiss!
Ready for bed!
