Potato salad
For 400 g potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt – Pepper – Oregano
Spring and dry onions
Some red pepper
Some parsley
Bulgur salad
✔ Soak 1/2 cup Bulgur in warm water for 30-40 minutes. Try it before use it for your salad to make sure that it has softend enough to eat. If it is still hard add some more water.
1/2 cup Bulgur
Dill – parsley- Mint
Spring onions
Red & yellow pepper
Some cucumber
Some tomato
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Some lemon juice

Spinach salad
Fresh spinach
Some pomegranate
Some walnuts
For the dressing:
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
Some olive oil
Some lemon juice
Salt
